What makes these sessions different

Budgeting advice tends to assume everyone starts from the same place. These sessions don't. Each one is structured around the specific pressures that families face - irregular income, shared spending decisions, and the gap between what a spreadsheet says and what actually happens at the end of the month.

Since 2014, Flowingtr has worked with families at very different financial starting points. The sessions draw on that range of experience, so the guidance stays grounded in situations that are genuinely common, not just theoretically possible.

How it works

Three steps from signup to session

1

Pick your session

Browse the options above and choose the format that fits your current situation - beginner foundations or more advanced planning work.

2

Reserve your place

Seats are limited to keep sessions genuinely useful. Secure your spot before it fills - you'll get a confirmation with all the details.

3

Show up and work through it

Bring your actual numbers if you have them. The session works through real scenarios, not generic examples, so the more specific you are, the more useful it gets.

Common questions

Before you book

It helps to have a rough sense of your monthly income and your three or four biggest spending categories. You don't need a polished spreadsheet - a rough estimate on paper works fine. The session will help you structure whatever you bring.
All sessions run online. You'll receive a link after booking. A stable internet connection and a quiet space for 60–90 minutes is all you need on your end.
Reach out to info@flowingtr.com before booking and we'll check what's available. We can't guarantee flexibility, but we do try to accommodate families with irregular schedules where possible.
If you've never built a household budget before - or you've tried and it fell apart within a month - start with the beginner-level session. It covers the mechanics of tracking, allocating, and adjusting without assuming any prior knowledge.
